(iv) In the event of behaviour by the Member that is contrary to Prof et Cie’s service quality commitments, potentially harmful, prejudicial or unfair to Prof et Cie, iBiz Avenue or any Member;
(v) For any other just cause at the discretion of Prof et Cie.
In the event of termination resulting in automatic account closure, the Member’s account will be deactivated and the Member Area will become inaccessible and disappear from the Prof et Cie search engine on the effective date of termination. The customer remains bound by the terms and conditions of use accepted during purchase for any Prof et Cie product remaining in his possession.
8.2. End of Service
Prof et Cie also reserves the right to terminate its services by providing 30 days’ notice via a notice posted on the site. Upon expiration of this notice period, Prof et Cie will no longer be responsible for the provision of services or access to digital products already purchased and consumed.
